Terri is a Registered Psychologist specialising in CBT, DBT, EMDR, somatic therapy, and complex trauma with a focus on the mind–body connection.

Terri (she/her) is a Registered Psychologist who provides a warm, collaborative space for clients seeking greater clarity, balance, and connection. Her therapeutic style integrates Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), somatic and body-based practices, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

Her professional background spans education, the university sector, and work in both public and private psychology settings, including experience overseas. This diverse foundation enriches her practice and supports a flexible, client-centred approach.

Terri’s current professional interests include exploring the mind–body connection in therapy, EMDR, and the treatment of complex trauma and relationships. She is also completing advanced training in psychosexual therapy at the University of Sydney, strengthening her work in intimacy, sexual wellbeing, and relational health.

She works with adults, families and adolescents navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, family-of-origin patterns, and relationship challenges, helping clients connect more fully to their emotional, physical, and relational worlds.
